Hello!

Grandma has been busy at work the past few weeks. She keeps talking about an office move she’s handling. What ever that means!

Grandma is also happy that the swans are back. She saw them in a pond about 2 miles down the road and she convinced herself they left her. She was super happy to see them back in the river! She said they are happier near the farm.

Back to me, is that chicken I smell? I think it is! But of course Grandma says I have to wait until it’s cooked!

Stay safe my friends!❤️

Sad days

Hello Friends.

I have been missing lately because my beautiful niece died from a PE 10 days after giving birth. We traveled to her her home where this is truly Gods country. Nothing but rolling hills and farm land.

Both my brothers have lost a child in the past 6 months. It is so heartbreaking and unbelievable.

Her sweet baby girl. My niece left behind 4 children and a loving husband and a whole community that all loves them.

All we can do is pray and be kind to each other.

This is my beautiful niece.
If you haven’t called a friend in awhile, please call, tell them you love them and smile at strangers. We have no ideas the battles people are going through.

The clean up!

Hello Friends! As promised, here is the comparison from yesterday! It looks like we got nothing! We probably had 14 inches of snow but is was super windy all day, the snow was blowing all over the place, including underneath the barn door!

I was surprised to see that snow!! Now the water buckets were frozen solid and this is how we take of that problem…

Out of 6 frozen buckets I only broke one🙂. We won’t tell anyone else that!

So overall we did well! Our power stayed on and we lost no trees! So it was a good old fashion non eventful blizzard!

I hope you are enjoying your day!
