I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.

OMG, that kind of stuff was going on across the street from our house last night and I spent 2 hours in the bathroom panting and trembling up a storm. I HATE fireworks! Thank doG for the mute button this time of year!Love ya lots,Maggie

There will be no fireworks around here this year. It has been too dry and they don't want to start any fires. We have enough burning now. They band them everywhere in Florida. You guys have a wonderful Forth of July!!!!xx, Fern
