I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.

Hi Deborah,So happy to see you!!! I loved your post about the Mama horse and her new baby!!! So neat!!I just fell in the garden so I didn't hurt myself really bad at all!! Soft land in the garden!! I am starting to feel better today. I had a wonderful Mothers day. My first born sent a card and called. My second son emailed me a nice letter and My G-daughter sent a paperless card through e-mail with such a nice massage it made me so happy!!! Everybody is so far away–thank Goodness for the computer!!We had a wonderful dinner from the garden!! We are eating like Kings!!Come again soon my friend!!xx, Fern
