I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.

Oh yes, the snow is here too. Amazing to think it can be so huge of a storm that it is snowing in so many parts of the country with such force. Buffy, be careful out there. It is wild and crazy here right now.Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara

Lucky you! That looks like so much fun. Everyone's enjoying the snow (more or less) while it's been in the 70s and 80s here and makes me sad because summer is my least favorite time of the year….I have to hibernate indoors!
