Happy Sunday!

Hello Friends,
I wanted to show you how small Chloe is compared to her friend, Diesel. She’s tiny and full of personality!

Hey, wait a minute! I’m full of personality too!!

Hi friends, Lunar here… I have no personality and I like it like that!! My Mom would disagree with that comment but that’s what I do best to ignore all cameras!

This is Chloe and Diesel. These two are inseparable and they even stay in the same stall!

This is the four of them. Buttercup has the white feathering, Diesel, Chloe and Indy.
They are very well behaved because the owners are hands on. I am very glad for that! I believe they chose my farm because of all the trails they can ride on!
The other three beasts. hehe. Escaped again so my son fixed the fence once again and they seem to be happy. It’s spring and they get very frisky!

I was walking the field the other week and this was a nice photo op! The American flag waving behind the horses.
Fast forward to today another photo of the flag waving in the wind. Notice all the snow! I’m hoping that was our last snow storm of the season.

I may be getting three and 1/2 horses in. LOL. What did she just say….The three horses come with a mini horse. I’m a little excited and I hope they do come here. It will be fun to have a few more gentle beasts and the mini. More to come on that!
Stay safe my friends.

Grandma has been busy at work the past few weeks. She keeps talking about an office move she’s handling. What ever that means!

Grandma is also happy that the swans are back. She saw them in a pond about 2 miles down the road and she convinced herself they left her. She was super happy to see them back in the river! She said they are happier near the farm.

Back to me, is that chicken I smell? I think it is! But of course Grandma says I have to wait until it’s cooked!
Stay safe my friends!❤️

I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.
