I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.

What lovely photos of these adorable dogs. It's great when they still love to play – and go for a walk – that makes life for them worth while ;-)I love old and young dogs (and cats and all creatures) – they are like old people sometimes – they can't hear too well anymore and don't see as clearly, and like people, they need extra love and TLC. I take time every day to let Gizzy know he's still important and we take time together to sit and watch the world go round since I'm no spring chicken either anymore! Thanks for sharing your photos with us. What lovely doggies! May they live for another 13 years!
