I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.

What a beautiful day it was for your flower show and the cakes exhibition. I especially love the pink Orchids in the first picture and the lion was magnificently done with the grass. How imaginitive!

I don't think my comment went through the first time – if it's a duplication, please excuse me! I was saying how I enjoyed your photos, especially of the pink Orchids (first picture) and I thought the Lion made out of various grasses was very imaginatively done! Looks like you had a great day for your flower show and cake exhibitions.
