A few days ago I asked for suggestions to come up with a name for this snake and my blogger-friend over at Mountain Woman of Red Pine Mountain suggested the name \”Whitesnake\” after a rock band. My follower-friend just loved it! So that is the name he has chosen for his snake. At first we thought this snake was a 5\’ Trans-Peco Albino Rat Snake but it turns out to be a Leucistic Albino Texas Rat Snake. A snake is a snake to me, whatever it is; we\’ll call him Whitesnake! He did ask me to thank everyone who suggested a name; it was a tough decision to make! 
For those of you who have never heard of the rock band \”Whitesnake\”, here they are!
