Lilly is waking up from her early evening nap! Lilly is very temperamental, she was born deaf, so being deaf makes her skittish. Most of the time she will walk around with an attitude! She isn\’t very friendly, but she is a good cat! It has taken her a good year to come over to be patted. I have had a few cats like her that would rather be left alone than to be patted. I think for the first time, she slept on my bed the other night. She is the loner of the group! The other pets do get along with her though. She loves to sleep on the fish tank and that is her favorite place to sleep in the house, it is high up and away from everyone!

This is a great video of wild baby chicks that my friend took while vacationing in the Caribbean.

Today should be a good day for video taping! Yesterday it was just too hot and the pets did not want to work! Of course we can\’t have two hot days in a row, so I will try again today. I was very excited about finding the baby birds. I can\’t wait to see how they grow. I moved the wreath up high when the robins occupied it so none of the neighborhood kids (or mine) would bother them. When I did this, I did know that another bird had moved in! I\’m very excited about this! I hope you have a great day and please leave me your comments.

Tip of the day: If you own a rabbit, did you know that the bedding should be changed everyday? Straw is recommended bedding you should use!

I am very excited to show you the photos of the baby birds I found while taking pictures of the nest earlier today. I stood on my toes to get a picture of the inside of the nest and when I viewed them, I found the babies. This evening, I went sneaking around to see if I could find the mother and there she was watching over her babies. I think she is a wren. I will have to do some research on her! Unless of course if anybody knows what type of bird she is, you can let me know. Don\’t worry, I did not touch the nest or babies! What a nice surprise to find them there for all of us! I will keep you up to date on there progress!!
